Outpatient Imaging Center

The project involved completing the Outpatient Imaging Center after the initial contractor and architect were unable to deliver. Scope included taking over mid-construction, finalizing construction with certain elements already in place, and developing separate bid packages to ensure competitive pricing while fast-tracking progress on site.

This approach provided cost control, minimized schedule impacts, and ensured coordinated delivery of specialized imaging spaces. The completed facility met all technical, clinical, and operational requirements, transforming a stalled project into a fully realized healthcare environment despite its challenging project history.
